It is really disgusting to see the .com players moaning, lamenting etc. about fsp. I was witness that there was no CG in com. What prevented you from that at .com?
Now you are lamenting about bad fsp ratio. Of course, you compare with the best (monsters, terminators, mutants) - only 1% of players.
But why don't you compare youselves with 90% of the ru-server? They have the same fsp or even less.
Don't moan and start accumulating fsp (if you think it's your only problem). You have many easy hunts and MGs, besides thiefs and rangers make good fsp.
You have advantage with ru-players who have already made use of easy hunt and MG.

Fell free to take or modify this "mini" study but if you do this in any Combat Level and add as many players as you want results will be very similar.
You should take into consideration the battle count and win/lose ratio and guild statistics as well. Looking at FSP alone will open up new imbalances. Consider these two players:

Alice is a .ru native and the top Necro for FSP at CL 13 with 6882.73 FSP. Bob is from .com with 3187.17 FSP on Necro faction. When it comes to FSP, clearly, Alice is the leader but when it comes to HG points Bob wins. Of course, HG levels do not give as much advantage as faction skill levels but considering that the new mechanic now "rewards" you with more XP the more FSP you already have, Alice's FSP advantage may not be maintainable in the long run while Bob's HG point advantage can be maintained forever. The new mechanic assures that Bob will get better FSP/XP ratio in all events and battles from now on. Conclusion: we have the mechanics on our side to close the FSP gap but they don't have any help to close the HG and MG gap.
Maybe not give free fsp, but I think a good solution could be deduct all those extra experience points we got in .com

THose who played CG in .com - play CG in .ru. THose who didn't - don't do it in .ru but are lamenting about fsp.
I played 6 CG dueld and lost only one here. I have other goals than CG at the moment, but what i liked in .com was that almost nobody lamented and was begging in admins smth. Here you are the same as most .ru players. You want "free ride" (khalyava in Russian).
Stay as you were in .com and prove that you are better than those players from .ru if not on the nearest tournaments or events than in the longer run (4-6 months). Take your chance: fight but don't lament!

Im so excited and will definitely have fun playing this long-awaited tournie... we are about to find out who are the best dueler in each combat level.
Im so looking forward to the fsl of top 50 winners for each combat level (but especially at my combat level 13).
We are about to confirm what fsl can do to competitive PvPers and what our BEST .com players will achieve (at combat level 13, our best players have FSL 9). |

In the minor tournament it has not been a major issue. Yes I have a faction potion, but that will always leave me disadvantaged by 1 faction level anyway. With a little bit of effort, some of the battles have been perfectly fine and enjoyable. (Did get slaughtered by a FL10 elf with 15% Wizzy resist though)... But at the end of the day, too many people are focusing on the extreme examples. You are starting to sound like the Russians complaining about Ethereality's fsp! ;)
I am below average fsp now and was just an average player on .com in terms of fsp/exp ratio. However, I am not yet 10% through this level. Towards the middle I should be reaching the average and by the end I should be a little above average for level 14. Sure you may never get to be the huge exception at the top of the level. What can I say to that? Tough. :p |

I agree, especially for wiz, which is op against high def factions (knights - which are a lot, and dwarves), even if they have DU. |
