with 3 knowledge, i get 10 shots in a row with CK but with MR, i have to get 7 and i have to wait wait wait....and wait until i get my 4 mana points again.

Wrong. With MR, you recover 1 mana point every time your lord gets a turn. So, with 3 Kn you are able to cast Magic arrow 9 times, then wait once and cast it 10th time.

And after that you can recover mana slowly and cast again, while you can't cast anymore with CK.

I believe 3 Kn is OK for lvl 6.
But my gargs would be chased to death by then...just like last game i played

To me, CK is better, at least on early levels, since I find erudition working better than sorcery, and as you said, you don't have to wait this way; well, anyway, except against zombies or golems, it's really not worth it; because of speed increase, a mere +1 mana is useless in PvE, and in PvP, you'd have lost long before your MR became better than CK.

Later on, sorcery is useful in some cases, but mana recovery is more and more useless.

About KN, I find that 3 is sometimes short, so I get a fourth KN point since quite some time; with 40 mana, you can neither have those 40, or 60 with CK; then just choose talents according to the kind of fight you'll be facing and you should never encounter mana issues :)
I would advise you not to play PvP. Get higher guilds scores first.

Get MG 2 for +1 primary parameter and HG 3 for +1 Attack as soon as possible.
for Slust:

Khm. Both CK and MR are in Sorcery talents branch. On 6th level he has only 15 talent points, so almost the only choice is to go for Sorcery.

What you are talking about is Intellect, but he doesn't have enough talent points yet :)

Hum, well, I still find CK better, but it's more arguable in this case.
...what's an alternative for the Combat Staff? ...it costs a dang lot of money and is not really helpful

I played with min AP - Light Axe, Medal of Bravery and Defender Shield.
for Huntress and LordWizard-y: At lvl 6 I used Combat staff and it didn't seem too expensive to me. It's about 80-90 gp per battle and it has 6 AP (afaik). This means you can do (without any lab's guild level ) around 3 battles per hour ( and sometimes you just enroll and don't do any battle, or some hunts give some money and make your cost per battle lower ).
Why would a wizard use light axe, medal of bravery and defender shield? They are cheap but they won't really help wizards. I've found that more sp makes battles easier and it's more fun ( to play really as a wizard ).
An interesting thing for you wizards;
your new tier 6 upgraded creature, the sphynx warrior, his initiative went from 9 to 8.
The old sphynx warrior did not have the ability "onset" and had 9 initiative.
The new one got "onset" and has 8 initiative.
how do you guys calculate how much money a weapon is per battle?

for the combat staff it costs 10k for 40 ammunition points which means 250 per game.

how come you have 80-90?
After you sell it, you get some money back.

guys, mana recovery is not working in turnament battle, is it normal?
It didn't work in the third too.. It's a tournament rule.

if it is a rule should be written somewhere but I couldn't find it, could you give me a link?
Oh, I don't have any link, I didn't know about it in the last tournament ( I had to ask for it (look at page 12)). This is what they told me - it's rule.
