in a competiotion with other players on level 9 it is really the weakest class.

Hmm.. I thought wizard rules at lvl 9 because of treasury. And even if wizard has the weakest troops, they're good for it's strategy: defend while hero does its job.
Hehe, that's true that tresury is absolutely awesome... While almost the only use of genies at lvl 8 is their magic, now, they are great.

I've never had to fight opponents with the 15% magic shield cloak, but from what I've experienced until now, both knights and necros are no match. It would have been harder for sure, but yet doable IMO.

Anyway, as they are few magic users, it's not commonly used appart from thieving.

In every duel or group fight were a wizard takes part. Everybody will use their magic proof. :o)
Appart from thieving there is only hunting left. And hunting as a wizard is really ok. (There you can compensate the missing damage with spellpower in a normal fight you can't)

That works on hunts and perhaps on thief ambushes against an npc because they are not very intelligent.
In a normal fight the troops of all other factions have tons more HP and tons more power. And at least these troops will stand longer than the slow weak wizard troops. :o)
Personally I think that recent updates are realy great for wizards. Finally we can afford full arts battles, enchants etc.
Talent wheel sucks but you cant have everything.
I dont think we are as week in pvp as some claimed here in last posts, at least against slow troop factions like necros and knights wizards are superior for sure (at lvl 8 for sure). Elves and DE are also quite beatable.
I cant wait for lvl 9 (tripple miniarts and treasury).

And the new ambush map? Thats the greatest change for wizards that came with this update. Here you can see an ambush against full arts DE...

How do a Wiz equip they units with mini-arts? Where do you go? I don't see it in the castle, recruiting or inventory page...

Hmm.. so you can only wear mini-arts from lvl 3 onwards? I always thought you can use them from lvl 1..
Yup level 3 and up. I wish then being a wizard at such a low level would be pretty fun and much easier to do mercenary quests at.

I need a good talent setup for level 7 (20 points), which gives me fast and huge damage in ambushes. Any advices?
is it impossible to win any caravan on lvl 12?

i leveled my faction skill from lvl 2 to lvl 3 .. but i can'T make better mini arts .. is that normal? where can i see at what level of faction skill i can get what kind of miniarts?
Well I'm pretty sure that's because mini-arts automatically upgrade themselves now.
maybe.. but its fact that the didnt upgrade .. still they are +3 and +2

I don't know how other wizards think about the new miniarts having lost the choice element on a single attribute, i.e., before for HP, you can choose from say +1HP, +2HP or +3HP, now it is only the max for your cl & fl.

Sometimes I would like to have almost the same miniarts for 2 troops, but you have to change at least one now. Ex. +6att+6def+4HP and +6att+6def+3HP.

Maybe it's not that much of a problem, maybe it's the trade=off of being free, well .... just a thought.

however,one of my friends can't
he can only create one +3atk +3def +1morale not two
maybe it is depend on faction skill level?
